STAYCON - STAY CONNECTED WITH IIT DELHI THROUGH YOUR GENEROSITY
STAYCON is our initiative to nurture a connection between the alumni and the Institute and is specifically targeted to the younger alums of IITD. Alumni who participate in this initiative agree to pay a fixed sum (minimum of Rs. 1000) per year to IITD for as many years as they wish. In investment parlance, this would be a Systematic Giving Plan (SGP) wherein alums keep contributing to your Alma Mater over a minimum period of five years. If you let us know a particular date (your Birthday, Anniversary, etc.) on which you would like to make this annual contribution our office will remind you of that date every year.
Your contributions towards this campaign will be added to the IIT Delhi Endowment Fund. The IIT Delhi Endowment Fund was established in October 2019 with the goal of supporting IIT Delhi’s future.

Pledge is an annual commitment to the cause. However, the contributions that you have made are timeless and are extremely valuable to the institute and shall continue to be recognized on the honour board and across various points of information.
Donations made to IIT Delhi are 100% tax deductible/exempt under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income tax act. Donations made to IIT Delhi Endowment Fund (US), a 501(c)(3) organization, are tax-deductible under US tax law. IIT Delhi’s US Federal Tax ID (EID No.) is 84-5155291. Indian donors having business income can claim deductions u/s 35 of the Income Tax Act, while other Indian donors can claim deductions u/s 80GGA, based on tax certificate issued by IIT Delhi. If you are a US resident, your donations may be tax deductible, subject to applicable law.
