Academic Block 103 is designed to provide 11 Classrooms of 150-person capacity, 8 classrooms of 80-person capacity, 6 Conference Rooms, 122 Office Rooms, 01 Server room/Data room, 58 Multipurpose Labs, Cafeteria (100P) and Vehicular Parking in Basement 1 & 2 for regular use by the students and faculty of IIT Delhi.

The building is designed to be universally accessible and environmentally sustainable with GRIHA 4 STAR rating.
