Class of 1989
The batch of 1989 constituted the Innovation Award – called as “Class of 1989 Innovation Award” & a seed grant for innovation called as “SPS Memorial Seed Grant”
The Class of 1989 Innovation Award is an annual cash award instituted to recognize students of IIT Delhi who best exemplify the ability to take intellectual risk and rise above bookish learning, and apply learned knowledge in innovative ways.
The objective of Seed grants is to help and encourage IITD students to undertake innovative & ambitious projects. The purpose of seed grant is to help deserving projects that are already in progress.
