Rita Duggal Chair
1967 batch alumnus Mr. Arun Duggal has created the Rita Duggal Chair for women faculty member at the institute. The chair seeks to promote excellence and leadership among women faculty member in teaching, research and development in the fields of Science, Engineering, Management, Humanities or Social Sciences.
Mr. Arun Duggal is Chairman of ICRA (A Subsidiary of Moody’s USA).He is on the Boards of Directors of ITC Limited, Star Health & Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. and Jubilant Pharma Limited, Singapore.
Mr. Duggal is also the founder of ‘Centre of Excellence for Research on Clear Air’ (CERCA) at the institute. He is also the Chairman of institute’s Endowment Fund.
