Rajiv Khemani Chair for School of AI
Mr. Rajiv Khemani (Class of 1988, Computer Science & Engineering) contributed towards endowment of the "Rajiv Khemani Young Faculty Chair professorship" in the fields of Artificial
Intelligence (AI). This chair will promote excellence and leadership in teaching, research, and development in the field of Artificial Intelligence and facilitate wider and deeper interaction between the industry, IIT Delhi faculty and students. The chair has been endowed to attract new faculty and will be offered to faculty who have joined ScAI in the last 6 years under 45 years of
age.
Mr. Rajiv Khemani has committed to donating 500,000 US$ to the Yardi School of Artificial Intelligence for Rajiv Khemani Chair Professorship and 5 Khemani Family Young Faculty Fellowships, along with various other expenses of the School. The donation will be used towards activities to position the Yardi School of Artificial Intelligence as one of the best schools globally.
Mr. Rajiv Khemani is an alumnus of IIT Delhi from the batch of 1988 and holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, an MS in Computer Science from NYU, and an MBA from Stanford University. He is co-founder & CEO of Auradine, a leader in web infrastructure solutions, including blockchain, AI and security.
