Mr. Shrikant Joshi
Mr. Shrikant Joshi received his B.Tech. in Textile Technology from IIT Delhi in 1981 and his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad in 1983. He is a seasoned leader with extensive experience across industries and currently serves as Advisor to the Chairman & Managing Director of Larsen & Toubro (L&T).
Mr. Joshi's career spans sectors including Consumer Products, Lighting, IT, Real Estate and EdTech, across organisations such as Wipro, Philips, Sify and L&T. As Managing Director & CEO of L&T Realty, he played a transformative role in the real estate industry, pioneering India's first Transit-Oriented Development and bringing greater transparency and customer protection through policy advocacy and legislation. He also shaped L&T Realty into a workplace of choice, earning it numerous industry awards, and was personally honoured as Real Estate CEO of the Year for his Exemplary Contribution to Real Estate.
He continues to oversee L&T's Realty and EdTech businesses and contributes to HR transformation, corporate communication, brand transformation, and succession planning and leadership development across L&T group companies. Mr. Joshi serves on the Board of Governors of IIM Ranchi and contributes actively to higher education institutions in India.
