HER@IITD is a pioneering initiative by the Alumni Relations Office, IIT Delhi, dedicated to celebrating the journeys and achievements of the institute’s women alumni. Scheduled for 1st November 2025 at the IIT Delhi campus, this first-of-its-kind event seeks to bring together alumnae from across batches, disciplines, and professional domains.
The vision of HER@IITD is to create a platform that goes beyond nostalgia. It is designed to:
- Celebrate the remarkable contributions of women alumni in STEM, business, leadership, public service, social impact, entrepreneurship, creative fields and more.
- Engage alumnae through interactive formats such as keynote addresses, fireside conversations, panel discussions, and networking sessions.
- Inspire current students and the wider IIT Delhi community by sharing stories of their journey, achievements and thought leadership
- Strengthen connections within the women alumni community, encouraging collaboration, mentorship, and long-term engagement.
We are curating sessions that allow alumnae to reflect on their IIT Delhi journey, exchange insights from their fields, and interact with peers and students in a meaningful way.
Through HER@IITD, IIT Delhi aims not only to honour the legacy of its women alumni but also to foster an ecosystem of connection and inspiration that will continue to grow in the years ahead.
