Speaker Bio: Dr Amit Sinha is President, CTO, Board Member of Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS). Under his decade-long leadership, Zscaler has grown from a startup to $40 billion in market capitalization and established itself as a dominant leader in a new category it created, secure digital transformation for enterprises. Dr Sinha is directly responsible for strategy, R&D, operations and support of the entire Zscaler platform and all products. He has over 20 years of technology, strategy, and entrepreneurial experience leading category-creating businesses at Motorola, AirDefense and Engim, prior to Zscaler. Dr Sinha earned his S.M. and PhD in EECS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, and his B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the IIT, Delhi, where he was awarded the President of India Gold Medal. He has authored over 25 journal/conference papers, contributed to 3 books, and is the inventor of 36 US patents granted or pending. Dr Sinha has been featured in several prominent media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, CNBC and CNN.
