IIT Delhi Alumni Mentorship Fair Fuels Student Success

In a remarkable display of synergy between past and present, the Office of Alumni Relations, the Endowment Office and the Student Alumni Relations Team organized an Alumni Mentorship Fair on September 30th. The event, which aimed to bridge the gap between alumni expertise and student aspirations, saw over 30 alumni participating across diverse domains, including consulting, civil services, product management, data science/ML, technology, and management.

The fair took a meticulous approach to pairing students with mentors. Individual profiles were carefully reviewed to ensure the best possible match, fostering meaningful and productive mentorship connections. Over 200 students were able to reap the benefits of this exceptional initiative.

While the mentorship sessions were tailored to specific segments of interest, they also encompassed broader aspects of guidance, career development, and mental conditioning. The IIT Delhi Alumni Mentorship Fair helped forge invaluable connections between alumni and students while empowering the next generation of leaders.
