IIT Delhi Rises to Top 150 in QS World University Rankings 2025
IIT Delhi has been ranked among the top 150 universities globally in the QS World University Rankings 2025, released on June 5th, 2024. The institute achieved an overall rank of 150, a significant improvement from last year's 197th position.
IIT Delhi is also among the top 100 universities worldwide in Employer Reputation, a QS parameter that assesses global employers' perceptions of which institutions produce the most job-ready graduates.
Additionally, the institute is featured among the top 150 universities in Citations per Faculty and Academic Reputation. Citations per Faculty measures the average number of citations per faculty member, indicating the impact and quality of scientific research. Academic Reputation is based on a survey that evaluates global academics' perceptions of institutions demonstrating academic excellence.
