AIIMS New Delhi, IIT Delhi, and UCL Forge Trilateral Partnership to Revolutionize MedTech Innovation

AIIMS New Delhi, IIT Delhi, and University College London (UCL) have signed an MoU to collaborate in the area of healthcare research and innovation.

This is a unique partnership aims to tackle major health challenges by leveraging the complementary strengths of the three institutions.

Together, the universities aim to advance the field of medical technology in cutting-edge areas such as detection, diagnostics and imaging; devices and implants; assistive technologies; digital health; artificial intelligence, machine learning and quantum; surgical and treatment interventions and sensing technologies.

                                                                                                 
                                                                                                  

IIT Delhi and UCL are currently collaborating as a part of Attavaran Accelerator program in which 20 Assistive Technology (AT) startups are participating.

Funded by the UK Foreign Commonwealth Development Office as part of the AT2030 programme led by the Global Disability Innovation Hub, the Attvaran Accelerator is building innovation ecosystems to take ideas into market-ready solutions, by supporting emerging entrepreneurs, forging new interactions, innovation, research and business opportunities.
