Campus se Career Tak
On 26th August 2025, Alumni Relations Office, IIT Delhi, in collaboration with Student Relations Team, OCS and eDC, hosted a session under the Campus se Career Tak series at Dogra Hall. The speaker was Vidit Aatrey (B.Tech Electrical, 2012, Jwalamukhi Hostel), Founder & CEO of Meesho.
Vidit shared his journey from IIT Delhi to building one of India’s most successful social commerce platforms. He spoke about the early challenges of entrepreneurship, the value of resilience, and the importance of solving India-specific problems at scale. Students also gained insights into startup ecosystems, fundraising, and the transition from a campus environment to running a fast-growing company.
The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, where students sought advice on career choices, risk-taking, and building impactful ventures. The event witnessed strong participation and left students inspired by Vidit’s story of innovation and perseverance.
