Advocate Purav Middha Social responsibility Award

Advocate Purav’s family and friends remember him as a benevolent person with a fervour for compassion and empathy who always strived to affect a positive change in the world. Being an animal lover, he shared a special connection with dogs and used to feed and provide for as many stray dogs as he could. It was a source of immense joy and contentment for him.

He has always advocated compassion, in one such incident he filed a PIL in public interest to provide ex-gratia monetary compensation to families of persons who have succumbed to Covid-19, due to lack of Oxygen supply. His exacting work in the case not only was approved but also deeply appreciated by the honorable  High Court of Delhi.

Following his passing, Advocate Purav’s family decided to honour his memory by setting up a scholarship fund to help the new generation of social workers.
