1. Enrolled in first year undergraduate degree program at IIT Delhi. 
2. Parents' combined annual income should be between INR 5-15 lakhs. 
3. Should be residing in Shivalik Hostel. 
4. Should be paying 100% tuition fees. 
5. Student not a beneficiary of Vidhya Laxmi Loan.

Selection Criteria

1. The student with the lowest income will be awarded the scholarship. 
2. Tie breaker would be JEE Advance rank.
